The lower level features a large game room with a pool/ping pong table, foosball, magnetic darts, lounging chairs, large-screen TV and an adjacent bathroom. The Game Room sliders open up to the expansive pool deck area.

If you need to steal away for some quiet time, our private office will fit the bill. A set of dumbbell hand weights and a stationary bike are in the office for a quick workout.

Dancing Dolphin is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer that you're free to use during your stay. Two laundry pods are provided as a courtesy.

On the lower level in the West Wing garage you'll find the “Beach Toy Room,” with two beach carts with oversize tires that are a breeze to maneuver on the sandy beach and totally eliminate the need to carry anything! You'll find beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, two paddle boards, and a host of sand toys for the youngsters. Plenty of beach towels are included in your rental.

A covered outdoor area adjacent to the Game Room provides additional family space for lunch while you're enjoying the pool, evening meals or get-togethers. And when the troops get hungry, the outdoor BBQ propane grill is ready for your burgers, fish, steaks, chicken, and veggies!
The custom epoxy floor with its luminous, flowing blue colors will make you feel like you're in the Gulf. And the party lights will encourage you to enjoy evenings in the outdoors.

Because you’re in the heart of Captiva Village, you can leave your car parked and walk to restaurants, art galleries, ice cream shops, and cafes. The Island Store (staples, wine, beer), souvenir shops – and and our sandy, white beaches are just steps away.
You can also choose to rent a golf cart. Our vacation beach home is ideally located in the "golf cart zone"!
