Everything's better at the beach

Dancing Dolphin is our personal beach home, and we are committed to making your experience a memorable one. And because it is a private home, there are no resort fees. You can enjoy great amenities in a quiet setting! 

After visiting Captiva for a number of years and falling in love with the people and the island vibe–we acquired our home in August 2023. The house and property went through lots of changes! And we donated many of the old furnishings to a local teen rehab center that maintains a retail store to help raise funds for their at-risk teen programs. 

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by Sumr, our playful dolphin, and a freshly painted home with splashes of island colors surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping that incorporates native plants.  Take the stairs to the main living level or, if needed, you can utilize the outdoor elevator.  Four bedrooms and a sofa bed provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for 10.  Dancing Dolphin has an all-new "beach chic" decor–even the bedrooms are named and themed in a nod to Captiva's rich, environmental heritage.
